Maine Wild Blueberry Jam

Maine Wild Blueberry Jam! If you want to make dangerously good jam, you have to get the best ingredients. And where can you find those? Well in Maine of course! The best blueberries are the wild ones that grow all over the hilly areas of maine!

Here’s the recipe I used:

  • 2.5 cups wild blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

How to make the jam:

In a small/medium sauce pan add all the ingredients and turn the heat to medium. Let the jam cook for about 18-25 minutes. It will boil so make sure you are stirring occasionally.

I love adding this jam to Fage Greek Yogurt. It gives it an added sweetness, with a low amount of sugar and calories. You can also top off a piece of toast or ice cream with this jam! Its absolutely delicious!
