If you are a peanut butter lover like myself, you will love these. They don’t take long at all and are super rich in flavor. These peanut butter cookies come out moist and gooey—just right.
Baking Notes: I chose to use half of the recommended amount of sugar to add because the peanut butter was already sweet by itself. We also decided to make half of the recipe because we didn’t want a lot of cookies. The recipe said it would make 12 cookies for a half batch but we only got 7 out of it.
